Die Zollrechnung ist unübersichtlich. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wer der Absender war/ist.

Souvent j’ai eu des soucis avec eux:
- par le passé colis contre signature, n’ont jamais laissé d’avis de passage, du coup je ne savais pas qu’ils avait passé, aucune information pour m’en informer.
- en cherchant avec le numéro de suivi je vois à plusieurs reprises le colis qui reste chez eux durant des jours sans autre tentative de livraison
- la semaine passé je devais recevoir un colis, Mais le livreur il n’aurait pas trouvé mon nom à l’adresse… (l’adresse note n’était pas la bonne).
- pour que ça soit plus simple j’ai demandé une livraison sans signature (même si j’étais à la maison)
- le colis était indiqué comme livré mais je n’avais pas reçu ce colis.

Les points positifs sont:
- la dame du service client est très agréable, le colis aurait ete note comme livré “dans une réception” alors que nous n’avons pas de réception…
- Elle a été très à l’écoute, réactive et efficace car à ouvert une réclamation et ont admis leur erreur d’adresse, j’ai reçu le colis le lendemain à ma bonne adresse.

Horrible Customer Service and not user-friendly online portal.
If you can avoid them, do so.
I been trying to link my account and manage my online billing now for the last 3 months, no resolution so far. I told them, that I do not have a Customer Number associated with my online account, they told me that they can organize one but then I needed to verify all my details with them.

Which I did, I verified my details with them, sent ID Card Scan, gave them my address and so on, only to then be told, in order to help me they need again my Customer Number, which I don't have, which was the reason I did all the verification so they can create an Account Number for me.

Absolutely hopeless and horrible!!!

Delivers on time, very helpful customs employees, very good support.

Never use FedEx for sending or receiving anything. the courier typically doesn't deliver on time, sometimes even doesn't show and moves the delivery date without my consent. They also charge you additional fees for customs handling which you never even asked for, they simply issue a bill to you and ask to pay within a day. They are happy to call you 3 times a day when they want payment but would not answer calls when you need their help. Recommend all to stay away

Selten so ein schlechtes Unternehmen erlebt. Ich habe im Januar eine Rechnung erhalten und Einspruch eingelegt, weil die Rechnung ungerechtfertigt war. Ende Juli kam dann plötzlich eine Mahnung (sechs Monat später?). Um mich nicht weiter zu ärgern, habe ich einfach bezahlt. Dennoch erhalte ich eine weitere Mahnung. Ich habe meinen Unmut dem Geschäftsführer mitgeteilt, aber leider scheint der Beschwerden gewohnt zu sein, da ich - ausser einer Lesebestätigung - nie eine Antwort erhalten habe auf meine erneute Beschwerde. Ist ein Fall für den Konsumentenschutz!

Are they serious?!!! The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve seen some bad ones. This is unbelievable. When you call them, they put you on hold and then they hang up on you. There is no solution. There is absolutely NO customer service at FedEx. It does not exist.

THE WORST experience EVER!!!!!!! Horrible customer service ... horrible service all together!!!! they did not deliver my package ...although I called more than 20 times ... and than they said ... we sent the package back because we were overwhelmed from the quantity of packages : "Sir we have more packages than in Christmas .... we had to send it back"...UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Ich wurde via ANRUFBEANTWORTER "informiert" dass ich mich bei FedEx melden soll bezüglich den Karbon Teilen für mein Auto die ich bestellt habe... benutzt doch nächstes mal eine Fax Maschine oder sendet mir die Nachricht mit einer Brieftaube.

Eine SMS wäre allerdings auch ganz okay.
Das Paket wurde nach Amerika zurück geschickt.. wurde weder via E-Mail, SMS oder Telefon über diese Entscheidung kontaktiert, keine Unterstützung von FedEx allerdings muss ich den Kundensupport loben, die konnten beinahe Deutsch.

Einfach. Nur. Erbärmlich.
Vor 8 Tagen wurde von Fedex ein Zustellversuch behauptet. Nur, dass wir zu zweit den ganzen Tag anwesend waren und weder ein Klingeln hörten noch einen Zettel vorfanden. Seither "sucht" Fedex nach dem Paket. Allerdings habe ich trotz Hinterlegung von Telefonnummer und E-Mailadresse noch keine einzige Information zum Verbleib oder Suchstatus erhalten.

abzocker, verlangen für einen standartbief fr. 22.-...

Diese Firma ist eine absolute Katastrophe, an Unfähigkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten! Seit 2 Monaten versuche ich Medium Boxes zu bestellen. Stattdessen wurde 3x falsche Ware geliefert und sogar an eine falsche Adresse in einer anderen Stadt! Kundendienst einfach nur jämmerlich, jedes Mal ein anderer Mitarbeiter am Telefon, keine direkte Möglichkeit eine zuständige Mitarbeiterin zu kontaktieren. Eine Frechheit. Ich empfehle UPS zu benutzen!

Poor customer service , their Geneva billing HDQ issue payment reminders eventhough the bills were long paid in addition they overcharge customers

Eventhough received and paid the customs duty upon delivery ,FEDEX Geneva keep sending payment reminders and when faced with the issue they blame it everytime on their computers !
