Originally I gave this 1 star. While their site/app still seems to really struggle with the idea of having two kids they did reach out and make the experience better and refund the extra charged amount. Until they fix the billing experience for multiple kids I cannot recommend at 5 stars. While they claim to have family accounts, it is still not listed anywhere on their website. Nor does their FAQ give any help on how to do so.

If you have one kid this is a 5-star review. Simple to subscribe. Easy to setup. It’s a great tool and keeps the kids going with gamification. The app works well on an iPad and the kids more or less enjoy it. Though they would prefer to skip the warmups most days as they are already warm from running around.

If you have more than one kid then I’m sticking with 1-2 stars (avg 3 for the review). I’m honestly still not sure how to recommend you go about getting setup. It was such a challenge for me, I’m still frustrated thinking about it four months later. They did reach out to me after I posted this, though their support before I posted here was not very helpful. It does appear that they have competent support people you just have to work hard to find them. Without the person’s help I don’t think I’d have it working still. Nor could I figure it out today if I had to. Hence the lower rating for more than one kid.

I’ll leave my original review but know that it is better and working now.

What a terrible experience. I have two kids. Many people have two kids. Apparently, this app will only ever allow one kid to have an account or a membership or a profile (they have so many names for things I'm not really sure what is what). I am willing to pay - I am trying to pay. Their tech stack is a complete mess. I've been emailing back and forth multiple times per day for over a week. I'm now at a point worse than when I started. They have yet to refund me for the app (or membership or account?) that they suggested I should cancel because once you create an account (or membership?) for one child then you can't create a "family plan". They want me to cancel then resubscribe as a family. Nowhere in their app or website will you see a family plan. I have a feeling it's made up. I'm now trying desperately to follow their instructions to create a family plan but it DOES NOT EXIST! A week of lost training as the season drags on. Also, for some reason, you cannot order their mat to the US so I had to get one somewhere else. This place has a lot of promise but terrible implementation. Here's the crazy thing. The account you create on their website will not work in their app. The web account is something wholly unrelated to the app. Also, I am able to log into my account on my phone in a browser. When I go through the app and it takes me to their website in the app my login doesn't work. Not found. WTF???!!! It's the same page, same device. Why can't I login? I am so frustrated with this company and likely out $90 because they are so incompetent in managing accounts/memberships/profiles.

I ordered a gift for my son - a football practice mat. It came very well packed, in a case, and of nice quality. I’m really happy with it.
However, the delivery took too long - 7 days from the moment I ordered it to when it arrived. Usually, we expect around 3–4 days.
Also, the delivery was quite expensive, and I couldn’t track the parcel (maybe that was a Royal Mail issue, I’m not sure).

They were a great help in restoring a very old subscription payment. They also transferred our entire user service.

Was a bit sceptical to see it on Instagram all the time and the price felt a bit steep, but the app is great and my son really loves it. It seems ridiculous to say it, but even after 3 days, I can see it's making a difference to the way he controls the ball. All round a great experience with great support too when I had an issue restoring a code.

Everything went finally right. I was a Fpro user from the old app and I couldn’t train because I had to pay in the new app but they sort it out quickly. Thanks to the Fpro team.

Killed of day streak kid had , restarted a lot of stuff , put some silly warm up as must to do work out , set some strange xp bonuses for it .... new app should not kill off all the kid already did before ... some features are not working att all....looks more like beta testing not a production ready update.

Update : after some testing it is even worse then on first look , I feel scamed and not sure way would some1 destroy decent app and make this broken update .

Service is super fast and very helpful.
The mat is a high quality and videos are fun. It is tru to pictures and videos online so if your child (or you) want to practice footwork it is great. I think is fun for any soccer loved for home practice or rainy day entertainment

I ordered the Base package App-only and accidentially also a 6-month Abo on top.
I was glad to realize that refund of Base package price was not a Problem.

support are very helpful and rapid to resolve things. content of the app is good for ball mastery. the app is a bit frustrating and clunky to navigate with lots of clicking back and forwards. but if you can deal with that the content is decent

Had an issue with my account not working after I haven‘t used it for a long time. Support via WhatsApp was great and solved the issue in very short time.

Great product to improve skills, specially ball control. I lost my code and the customer service team was very responsive and professional. Keep up the great work!
