Unreliable and Unprofessional

Ordered a Salter Mixer through Amazon. Deliberately packaged a damaged item as shipping box was intact and undamaged.

This seller is unreliable and unprofessional and would not recommend.

Vulgar company

One star because i have to, to leave this review they deserve nothing, ordered through ebay
I didn't get my item and then this company is disgusting, i provided proof from yodel stating that they had messed up with this order (said they delivered to me when they did not) this company wasn't interested in this and made me sign a denial of reciept form, even though I wasn't the one who should have been signing or providing anything yodel should have been, even though id already given this awful company the proof of conversation from yodel, then seller took a week 2do the refund responding only once a day, ignoring any questions i had asked over and over again, just kept saying refund had be done when at the time it hadn't, then had multipul emails from them as though the whole service was starting again they haven't a clue and just make the buyer feel like they're at wrong, when its the courier they use for cheap. So what do they expect not to mention the photo proof yodel had provided shows the parcel left somewhere on concrete which looked like it had been thrown over a fence might i add the item was a microwave, so not only was it not delivered to but where eber it was it was more than likey damaged anyway and yet this vulgar company still treats the buyer badly, i will never ever use this company again, if you know what's best for you. You will avoid avoid avoid.

To their reply - ive provided what yoy asked for although yoy already knrw as you conformed in a ebay message to me today that you know about other platform reviews, you had ample chances when ypu were contact through ebay but yoy dragged it out for a week and then made me sign a form of denial even thoufht I gave evidence to you from yodel that they had failed yet u proceeded to treat me like I was at fault, but if employ cheap you get cheap clearly.

And furthermore to thieves reply they haven't made any attempts to speak to me directly, its just all to try and look good for their shoddy service.

Simply brilliant

Amazing customer service. Have had to contact them twice in the last week and on both occasions dealing with different representatives they were superb and a credit to the company.

Customer services lives up to its name

I bought a halogen heater that turned out to be faulty. Customer Services asked for a description of the fault and for supporting photographs, which I provided. I was then immediately offered either a refund or a replacement. A chose a replacement, which I received within a couple of days. At every stage I was dealt with politely, professionally and efficiently.

Excellent Customer Service & Quality Products

“I ordered a Russell Hobbs pan from Amazon, but unfortunately, the piece I received was defective. I reached out to their customer service with pictures, and they responded quickly and professionally. Without any hassle, they sent me a replacement, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend Russell Hobbs for their quality products and great customer support!”

Honoured guarantee

I had a Salter weight scales with 10 or 15 years guarantee. It stopped working within the guarantee period. Although I had to go through a few hoops, it was replaced to my complete satisfaction

Salter dual basket air fryer

I had a problem with my air fryer and when I emailed Salter, they tried their very best in resolving my problem and in the end they decided on sending a brand new one out to me free of charge. They were so helpful and very efficient in their responses

Homeofbrands exceptional Customer Service

I recently brought a product from Homeofbrands and had exceptional customer service, Leah was the person I dealt with who was super efficient and professional.
She made the whole experience very easy and pleasurable.
I can't rate this company highly enough 5******+
Buy with confidence and if you are unlucky enough to have a problem, just remember they have a first rate customer service team who will be happy to help.

Outstanding customer service

I bought a Salter dual air frier from them via Ebay which failed terminally on first use. They went above and beyond my expectations in resolving the problem and sending out a replacement.

The frying pan goes on an adventure

I bought a stainless steel fryiing pan but it turned out to be too big to fit in my cupboard. I live in a rural area so arranged return postage via Royal Mail collect. I didn't have weighing scales big enough so calculated the weight and didn't pay enough, which meant the post office wouldn't deliver until the excess had been paid by the receiver. To cut a long story short, Lea arranged everything and I got my refund (minus excess postage cost of course). Outstanding customer service. I'm very grateful.
