Absolutely great service from Leah, had an issue with a bread tin which arose some time after purchasing it, and Leah got it replaced for me. So chuffed with such excellent caring customer service

I would like to thank Leah for the excellent, and fast, response to my problem. The item I had purchased arrived with one of the pins on the moulded plug broken, so it couldn't be used, I let homeofbrands known, had a response Leah the next day, and received a replacement in a matter of days, this company deserves 5 star recognition, this started on the 21st October 2024,and I received my replacement 24th October, excellent customer service.

The company went above and beyond to address my concern, many thanks again.

Item ordered via eBay (I wish I did not!!) then the package was sitting in their distribution centre for 24 hours then they claim to have delivered it, but the parcel could Not be found!

No surprise there as I live on a busy road so if they left it outside then it would had been gone - the crime rate quite high around here…

It took me a very annoying process that lasted for days until they finally understood that I was entitled to the refund.

Never want to buy from them again though - especially via a third party portal and an unprofessional delivery service they use!

The team members that helped me persisted, even when challenges came up. They communicated regularly and clearly and I felt like they would keep problem solving until they could find a solution.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Never received my order. Absolutely useless, first time trying these guys, never will again. I WANT MY REFUND.

I had purchased a steam cleaner a few months back from the Home of Brands on Ebay. The product broke and I contacted them if I could replace the part and Leah the advisor responded. She replaced my product as the part was not available and she responded at every stage of the process. I received a replacement yesterday. Cant thank Leah enough!!

Great customer service, contacted after Salter scales stopped working after 5 years but they have a 15 year guarantee so being replaced for second time
