Disappointed with Jess. Had a video call meeting on the 8th of January to try and get the ball moving on a mortgage offer for me and my partner - both first time buyers. Jess seemed knowledgeable however we sent some bits that she asked us to send over, still to this day are yet to receive a reply, this is despite emailing her again to ask if theres any update. Since then we found another mortgage broker who have us an official offer on a house within 2.5 weeks. Also costing us £400 less. Feel as though because we didnt have the sizeable income other people may have she chose not to bother. Would've been nice to at least be updated and not left lingering. It's cost her a customer and its cost Haart Estate Agents a transaction, we've chosen to go with another estate agent based off principle despite liking a property on Haart in Bracebridge Heath

Emma Ward was very helpful. I had particular questions that I knew would probably not be readily answered. I knew that research would be required. She understood where I was coming from as a parent trying to assist a family member to get a first mortgage. I do not reside in the U.K. and am unfamiliar with the various schemes that are available. Emma was quick and efficient in her research. Excellent.

Lorna Esson was incredibly helpful, explaining the process to me from beginning to end and what I can expect throughout whilst answering any questions I had. Her communication was excellent and always kept me in the loop with any updates. What stood out for me most was I genuinely felt that my best interests in mind even going the extra mile to ensure she secured me the best mortgage offer which was very reassuring especially when the process can already feel overwhelming. Unimpressed by their ability to process simple drawdown requests. Prepare for arbitrary requests for documents and invoices which could be easily circumvented.

Bridie Evans has honestly gone above and beyond for us these past few months. I do not know where we would have been without her. She has been fast with responses and sorted issues out with other companies, chased loads up for us and updated us throughout. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I had an appointment with Richard to remortgage, initially everything went to plan the meeting was booked, had my meeting and was told he would be in touch to provide me with the offers. I waited and waited he never got back to me, i called and emailed and no response. This has meant i have now had to sort everything my self with weeks to spare and having to pay to get another valuation done as mine has now expired!
