Very good quality coop and customer service is great

The wagon coop is incredible. Easy to clean, can be moved around, super tough and our 16 week old chickens love it. They go in of their own accord whenever they want to shelter and it saved their lives here on the Isle of Mull in Storm Amy when a massive tree fell on top of the coop! We're hoping the roof will bounce back after we remove the tree, but until then the chickens are still happily going in and out and the automatic door is still working! It's a miracle!

Our 4 Chickens are so very happy in their new Nestera "Penthouse" which is so very easy to keep clean & they are also more keen to get back in to roost at night. The proof is that they are all happily laying eggs daily again after a really bad infestation of mites in their old wooden coop which we destroyed asap. We also have room to get a few more hens later if we wish. A very happy household & back garden chickens. ❤️

We bought the small chicken lodge for our three bantams and have been really happy with the coop.

It’s incredibly easy to clean and I like that the various parts are easily detached so you can clean every bit of the coop thoroughly.

We did discover red mite in the coop about a month ago as we hadn’t been removing the wooden perch when cleaning. The red mites were hiding in the drilled holes at either end of the perch so I removed the perch from the coop, dunked it in a bucket of diatomaceous earth and haven’t seen any mites since, fantastic!

Ordered the large Lodge for our 6 large hens. Straightforward to assemble, easy to access for maintenance. Only negative is that the ventilation holes in the side above the nest boxes are easy for rodents to chew through and gain access to hens and feed! We lost one of our hens!🥲. We rectified this by screwing small mesh weld mesh over the holes. Job done. Humans 1, rodents 0! Would definitely purchase again when we need another chicken house.

Got the Nestera Aspen 6 for our four hybrids and it’s been brilliant! Really easy to assemble. The birds settled in straight away and started using the nest boxes from day one. Plenty of space for two more when we add to the flock later on. Super easy to keep clean, especially with HempBed-E bedding — works a treat. Really solid, well-made coop, and you can tell it’s UK-made with the thoughtful design and quality. Highly recommend!

I have just finished building my 5th coop from Nestera. And like all my other ones, the service from Nestera and the quality and ease of building this coop have been great.
Like I have indicated on my previous Nestera reviews, they are simply the best!
Shame the courier let things down by delivering to the wrong address.

Love the coop. Excellent quality, easy to put together and to maintain. First time chicken owner and it is really easy to keep clean and with the automatic door, it makes keeping the hens super easy.

Absolutely brilliant, design could do with a couple of tweaks but no red mites, so easy to clean, muck out, brilliant.

I have had absolutely no help with trying to return my wagon that was sent to me. The whole front is defective to where the door doesn't not fit or shut all the way. It is warped and I can't use it. They will not respond to my emails for a refund. I'm stuck with a coop that I can't use. Also this coop had already been put together by someone else once. So it obviously had an issue and they decided it would be ok to send it to the next customer. Very upset right now. That was a lot of money for something that isn't going to house my chicken properly.... update: customer service did get a hold of me after I send another complaint a different way through the messaging option. They did apologize for the delay in response and sent my return label but did not communicate when they would be picked up. I had to email again. Apparently whoever I'm having this discussion with doesn't know how to use dates and just said "tomorrow" so hopefully my tomorrow matches their tomorrow. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Please don't waist your time or money it's a cool concept but really not worth the money. I'm sure they will just put this in a new box and ship it to the next person bc they clearly didn't care about what was wrong with it. I'm paying just a couple hundred $ more for a good strong Overeez coop. Really do your research before buying. Response: it was used and it was defective also still waiting on refund 🤔 the first order was missing parts LOL. No one would rush ship them, I guess you failed to see that?? Shipped it back and ordered a new one this year and it was used, they were definitely not scuff marks. Amazing how quick you get someone on this trust pilot but still no refund....... Got a refund!!! Thank you for following through on your end 👍

Cut a cable to my bird box camera and Nestera have found an old cable replacement absolutely what a fantastic customer service team you have got .

Ich habe vor einem Jahr ein Penthouse + Gehege + Türöffner zu einem stattlichen Preis gekauft. Nach einem Jahr war der Türöffner defekt. Die Batterien waren jeweils innerhalb von 6 Tagen leer. Der Kundendienst gab mir diverse Ratschläge ohne Erfolg, dies hat mich 25,00 EUR Batterien gekostet. Dann wurde die Kommunikation eingestellt, ohne Ersatz.

Ich habe jetzt herausgefunden:
1. Der Türöffner wird auch unter einem anderen Namen vertrieben, baugleich nur in Weiß, für weniger als die Hälfte.
2. Wenn man es noch günstiger haben will. In den asiatischen Onlineshops werden die meisten in Deutschland angebotenen Türöffner für einen Bruchteil des Preises angeboten.

I purchased the Lg. Duck house. Certainly not worth 600+dollars. I very much feel taken advantage of. I had to wait to put it together, and a few days over the 30 day return. The house is plastic, if you leave in the sun the birds will die. The door has no hinge's. I should have purchased a lg. dog house instead for 100.00 made out of wood. Oh here is the order number for my proof of purchase.Duck House

Bought the Chicken Coop Penthouse (small) including dropping tray and automatic door opener. Easy to assemble, very solid, easy to clean and, best of all, the chickens are happy. Main reason why we bought it was the resistance against red mite but the other issues like use of recycled plastic and 25-year warranty are very welcome ;-).

Loving the New Wagon Coop. Very sturdy, easy to clean. There was a faulty perch and Nestera replaced it straight away. Very happy with the customer service, always helpful 10/10

Colis porte automatique manquant lors de la livraison. La palette a été livrée en mon absence la palette ayant été ouverte. J’ai contacté le sav par mail qui m’a répondu 10mn après. Hyper réactif le boîtier etait expédié le lendemain. Lors de ma commande je savais que le délai de livraison serait long car pré commande. Mais toujours informé du suivi. Le produit est très facile à monter ( toute seule) et pratique. Je recommande fortement ce produit conforme à mes attentes et bravo au sav!
