Hi, found installing the Nestera nest box and solar panel relatively easy to set up and put in place. A little more detail could be inserted into booklet on camera assembly but other than that it’s a superb build with high definition camera. Really happy with this purchase of this high end product.
Recommend to all.

I bought a coop based on the predicted life span and the fact it has a smooth, polished inside to prevent red mite (in particular) nesting inside and attacking my hens.
In time (around 8 months), the plastic body has warped. This makes the back difficult to remove when cleaning out the inside, it also prevents the guillotine door from closing properly, so has to be closed properly by hand every night.
The automatic door opening/closing mechanism isn’t perfect either as the string can wind around the axle rather than the spool, so gets stuck and needs taking apart to address. This has happened at least 4 times in the last 12 months.

Ich habe mich für einen Hühnerstall von Nestera in Kombination mit der automatischen Tür und der Kamera entschieden und bin vom gesamten Prozess absolut beeindruckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die phänomenale Lieferzeit. Trotz des technischen Zubehörs und der Größe des Pakets wurde die Bestellung umgehend bearbeitet und war in Rekordzeit bei mir zu Hause. Alles war sicher und fachgerecht verpackt, sodass die empfindliche Elektronik in einwandfreiem Zustand ankam.

Ebenso positiv möchte ich den Kundenservice erwähnen. Da ich eine Rückfrage zur Einrichtung der Kamera und der Steuerung der automatischen Tür hatte, nahm ich Kontakt auf und erhielt sofort eine kompetente und überaus freundliche Antwort. Man merkt deutlich, dass Nestera großen Wert auf die Betreuung nach dem Kauf legt und die Kundenzufriedenheit hier oberste Priorität hat. Die Qualität der Produkte in Verbindung mit diesem erstklassigen Service und dem schnellen Versand macht Nestera für mich zur ersten Adresse für Geflügelzubehör. Ich kann das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Camera werkt niet, telefonisch contact gehad met klantendienst, gaf aan dat dit aan het wifi-signaal lag. Dit hebben we ondertussen opgesplitst. Helaas kan de camera QR-code nog steeds niet gescand worden. Gemaild naar klantendienst, geen reactie meer gekregen en dus geen werkend nestkastje met camera.
Vrienden hebben via Amazon een vogelhuisje met camera besteld. Deze installatie verliep heel vlot (o.a. zonder opsplitsing van wifi) en ze hebben ondertussen al een bewonder in hun nestkastje.
Wij raden daarom aan om niet bij Nestera aan te kopen.

A small tip: You should briefly check in the evening if the door rail is clean. If the chickens leave too much dirt there, it might not close to the very last millimeter, which could give predators a point of entry.

Je suis en attente de livraison de la porte automatique commandée en même temps que le poulailler Aspen le 11/01/26. Le délai estimé pour l'expédition de la porte était alors annoncé au 23/01/26.
La porte n'a pas été expédiée dans les délais annoncés, je comprends et accepte la difficulté de de l'exercice, mais je ne comprends pas que Nestera soit incapable de me transmettre des informations fiables et vérifiables alors que le produit est désormais disponible à la commande sur leur site et donc en stock !
Après de multiples emails envoyés au service client, je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse claire - j'ai reçu un email m'annonçant l'expédition de la porte, sans numéro de suivi, sans lien de tracking. C'est seulement en entamant la procédure de retour des colis du poulailler que les choses ont fini par bouger !
Inutile d'essayer de les joindre par téléphone, le numéro indiqué aux Pays-Bas ne répond pas, cela raccroche au bout d'une seconde de connexion, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait un réel service client à ce numéro.

Got the Aspen (6) for my 4 Hens, assembled solo in about 1 hour 30 minutes ish. It's well constructed, warm, easy to get in and clean, plenty of room for the girls. Best coup I've ever had for chickens. Cannot recommend enough

Recently purchased a Aspin 10 from Nestera on the Black Friday deal, we didn't need need the run that came with the deal so after talking to the lady from Nestera whi was very helpful we got accessories to the same value 😊 so pleased with this purchase!, what a great product from Nestera and a after service to match, 5 stars from me ! 👍

I purchased a Nestera chicken coop made from recycled black plastic. Because this product is intended for egg-laying hens, I requested detailed information from the company about the material composition and safety. Despite multiple requests, Nestera did not provide this information.

Some recycled black plastics can contain contaminants depending on their source, and without material specifications, I cannot verify whether this product is safe for use with food-producing animals. The company initially offered a return and refund, but later retracted the offer and requested I cover return shipping.

I recommend that potential buyers be aware that material safety information is not currently provided. I hope Nestera will make this information available so consumers can make informed decisions.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich ein vollständiges und ordentlich geprüftes Produkt erwartet – stattdessen gab es von Anfang an nur Ärger.

Im ersten Paket fehlte das komplette Dach. Erst nach langem Hin und Her wurde eine Nachlieferung veranlasst. Die elektrische Tür kam deutlich verspätet und entsprach nicht dem ursprünglich angegebenen Liefertermin. Auch diese Lieferung war wieder unvollständig: Das Solarpanel fehlte erneut.

Jede Nachlieferung bedeutet neue E-Mails, Zeitverlust und Frust für den Kunden. Für diese Preisklasse ist das Produkt bzw. der Hersteller schlicht mangelhaft. Qualitätskontrolle und Kundenservice sind absolut verbesserungswürdig.

Klare Enttäuschung – so darf man mit Kunden nicht umgehen. Kauf war am 09.10.2025.....bis heute unvollständige Bestellung......

wir haben uns den Nestra Hühnerstall gekauft und dachten bei dem beachtlichen Prei ein Qualitätsprodukt erhalten zu haben.
Naja ich will in diesem Stall nicht als Huhn leben da null Isolierung ( wenn Minusgrade sind läuft das Kondenswasser die Wände runter und friert von innen …
Die nun nach 3 Monaten verzögert gelieferte Automatische Hühnerklappe hat heute nach 14 Tagen ihren Geist aufgegeben.
Das Gute der Support antwortet schnell aber nach zig Mails kommt einfach nichts raus.
Ach und die billigen Kunstoffteile verziehen sich so das es immer wieder ein „ Vergnügen“ ist die Reinigungsklappe einzusetzen.

Love the coop - slightly tricky to assemble and the rear door doesn't fit perfectly, but it's very warm and robust and my hens love it. My only complaint was the instructions which weren't very clear and also had a couple of parts which were no longer included in assembly so we lost a lot of time looking for those!

An sich okay der Stall... aber der Aufbau war eine reinste Katastrophe weil man alle Teile erstmal zurecht biegen muss damit sie in die Form kommen und die Anleitung war auch wenig hilfreich.
Der Stall ist relativ wackelig trotz Betonuntergrund auf dem er fest stehen kann,Spaltmaße jenseits von gut und Böse...
Die angepriesene Isolierung dank dickem Kunststoff ein Witz ab -5 grad ausßen friert der Stall innen an und die Metalltür auch die absoluter Müll ist da sie kein bisschen Raubtiersicher ist.

Jetzt das gute er lässt sich schnell und einfach reinigen das wars auch schon.

Das sind meine Erfahrungen nach ca 4 Monaten Nutzung.

Für den Preis was mein Stall gekostet hat undzwar 469 Euro hätte man mehr erwartet.
Werde versuchen den Schrott zu verkaufen und mir einen Stall von Omlet holen.

Oui c’est un peux cher mais quand vous comparez avec des en bois en pins qui casse au bout d un an on s’y retrouve largement
