Loving the New Wagon Coop. Very sturdy, easy to clean. There was a faulty perch and Nestera replaced it straight away. Very happy with the customer service, always helpful 10/10

Colis porte automatique manquant lors de la livraison. La palette a été livrée en mon absence la palette ayant été ouverte. J’ai contacté le sav par mail qui m’a répondu 10mn après. Hyper réactif le boîtier etait expédié le lendemain. Lors de ma commande je savais que le délai de livraison serait long car pré commande. Mais toujours informé du suivi. Le produit est très facile à monter ( toute seule) et pratique. Je recommande fortement ce produit conforme à mes attentes et bravo au sav!

Bought a bird box cam with solar panel in 2023. Worked flawlessly for two years, but no nesting unfortunately. This year, with birds nesting and laying, the camera ran out of battery and the unit failed. There is a workaround (to remove the panel and charge it inside the house) but the unit took a month to restart working even after 24 hours on charge, by which time all the action had finished. The unit is advertised on the website as self-sufficient but obviously in my case it wasn't. If you do buy this, be aware of the possible need to recharge the solar panel and make sure your failure alerts are set up properly and that you do it promptly. Nestera have been helpful, but their advice came in dribs and drabs where if I had got it comprehensively all at once I might have avoided the failure, hence the two stars rather than three.

Je vous déconseille ce poulailler pour plusieurs raisons. Je l'ai depuis une petite année et la porte ne se ferme déjà plus. A éviter absolument si votre pelouse n'est pas absolument plate, sinon, les roues ne bougeront pas et vous devrez le porter à 4 personnes. Par ailleurs, il y a un décalage entre la partie ouverte et la partie fermée. Un cm à suffi à une fouine pour entrer et égorger mes poules. Et leur garantie à vie, laissez-moi rire. Tout est déjà en train de se déformer et de se déboiter.

Am 5.5.25 Stall bestellt. Auf Nachfrage wurde Termin 16.5.genannt. Am 2.6. von uns eine Lieferfrist 6.6.25 festgesetzt. Keine Reaktion. Bei Klarna schon gemeldet. Wenn bis zum Termin nicht geliefert ist keine Warenannahme mehr

Ordered the largest coop with accessories, spent about 1300$. Says five business days for shipping, bullocks!!! At day ten I had to reach out and they were like, “oopsie, we will send it out now.” I ordered on May 4th and it won’t arrive until May 20th. If I would’ve known how slow this would’ve been, I would have just ordered an Omlet coop.

We recently set up our large Penthouse and are very pleased. Customer service was top notch in helping us determine the best coop for our little flock with larger breeds. We feel they will be comfy, cozy and safe at night in their Nestera.

All parts are sturdy and though a bit time consuming to fit snug pieces together, well worth a little effort to have a solid and secure build for our gals:)

I had a lot of questions (first time Chicken Mom), and all questions were answered in a timely manner and very helpful.

I love the ease of cleaning and ability to move around with wheels. We are also very fond of the design and look as it blends into the natural scenery of our suburban backyard.

I would give 0 stars, if I could, and that has nothing to do with the coop!!! It has been 8 business days that we ordered a $900.00 coop and have not received it or any communications regarding it. I have gotten zero responses to my inquiries (I called, emailed and tried to live chat). According to the computerized response as of yesterday, the thing has not shipped yet, and it was ordered May 5, 2025. I called customer service 2 days in a row(WED/THURS), and I got a message to call during business hours....I called at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 and 3:00 on Wed and, 10:30 today!!! I don't even have the ability to cancel!!! NESTERA, please respond to my communication!!!!!!!

Le poulailler semble solide , juste déçu de l'avancer du toit ,pas suffisante pour empêcher la pluie de mouiller l'intérieur du poulailler...

Kippenhok Nestera gekocht. Werd door mij in elkaar gestoken en dat viel goed mee tot ik het dak wilde monteren. De gaten om te monteren kloppen niet met de constructie. Heb nu eindelijk een degelijk kippenhok doch zonder dakbedekking. Nestera kent het probleem doch daar blijft het voorlopig bij.

Paid for 2 large hen houses 6 days ago (4 business days) for over £1000 these as these are meant to be the best on the market and shipping is meant to be 2 - 4 business days.
We currently have a problem with Foxes and Rats on our small holding that have eaten through our wooden Coop so need to protect our girls.
2- 4 business days was quiet long and they don't offer next day for emergencies, which happen.

Due to no correspondence I rang today and was told it’s their busy season so demand is high. Surely they should be prepared for this and have stock in then ?
dispatch will be in another 2 business days ( 4 days time ) due to the weekend. The courier will take another 2/3 days so If I'm lucky they might be delivered within 2 wks but its good Friday and Easter next weekend.
I've had no email since ordering to even explain the delay so I wouldn’t have known had I not contacted them, I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and inaccuracy of the estimated delivery time when ordering and no warning there could be a delay during busy times.

Although I experienced a few issues initially, the customer service team is outstanding! Totally trust worthy and the coop is fabulous. Thank you Carly you were an absolute star !.

Bought a solar powered wifi camera nest box in 2023. Great item but I found it quite annoying how often I had to recharge the camera last year. Not ideal, so I decided to investigate this and discovered that the label on the solar panel switch had been stuck on the wrong way round. Therefore all this time it had been OFF.!

The chicken house arrived flat packed with a couple of bits missin.g mainly due to the packaging getting a small tear in one of the boxes. These things happen in life, although potentially the fixings could be in a small cardboard box or stronger plastic bag. Overall the main components arrived really well packaged and in the same excellent condition they left the factory. Pretty easy for sopemone as impatient as me to put together. The components (walls/roof/floor and main fixings) are pretty rugged and I can see this chicken house lasting for a very long time. Our chooks took to it straight away and due to where we are living at the moment, it needs moving a round the garden, which is very easy. We saw this advertised on a YouTube video and are really glad we decided to buy it. Back to the missing componenets. I emailed Nestera, told them exactly what was missing and the parts arrived by first class post the next day. Really satisfied with the company and the product.

We purchased a small Nestera ground coop roughly a month ago. While the design is very good, we have had a number of issues: The coop door gets stuck when opening and closing; the perch we were sent does not have holes drilled in it to allow you to secure it in place; the automatic door opener/closer does not attach to the coop properly; and we were supplied one incorrect part. This could all be resolved if Nestera customer services were available to speak to, but despite calling and emailing, I have not been able to get hold of anyone.

Purchased their Bird house with camera and solar panel for a little over $300. Had technical problems every so often that required some work and then finally had major issues with the battery keeping its charge recently. I used the item for 1 bird season. Reached out to customer service looking for help and was told its out of warranty. I was looking for a solution, perhaps buying a new camera or solar panel but they offered none of these options. Disappointed but will purchase a more reputable brand in the future.

Ordered my coop on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. My husband built the coop with ease. It looks amazing and is super spacious and sturdy. I did call on the Tuesday morning to ask when the delivery was expected as I hadn’t received a shipment notification. To my surprise it was already sat at my back door (I was at work when they delivered) Nestera customer service were absolutely lovely on the phone. Never spoken to such a happy customer service person before. The lady sent me a proof of delivery so I could see it was delivered.
Can’t wait for my chickens to arrive in a couple of days and live happily in the coop. Would 100% recommend Nestera.

Wir haben seit einem Jahr den Wagon und sind sehr zufrieden. Schaut gut aus, ist super einfach zu reinigen und notfalls auch zu desinfizieren. Das geht sogar mit dem Hochdruckreiniger wenn nötig. Hatten bisher keinen Milbenbefall. Die Hühnerschar wächst und wächst. Deshalb habe ich heute einen zweiten Hühnerstall von Nestera bestellt, allerdings in einer anderen Ausführung. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir auch mit diesem zufrieden sein werden!
By the way: Ich lese immer wieder davon, dass nach isolierten/gedämmten Ställen gesucht wird und das Leute das Fehlen eben so einer Ausstattung bei Nestera als Kritikpunkt aufführen. Eine Dämmung ist nicht nur unnötig sondern kann sogar schädlich sein. Hühner sind bis -15 Grad kälteresistent solang sie zugluftgeschützt sind. Also bitte erstmal richtig informieren bevor man unberechtigt Kritik ins Netz setzt. Alles richtig gemacht Nestera 😉

I bought a nestera ground small in april 24. The door is not functioning, it gets stuck every time it has to close. I already received spare parts to fix it but the problem still occures.
I contacted nestera with the demanded pictures and video's and still no answer.
I bought a coop that I can't use for 9 months because it's unreliable. And nothing happens.

25 year guarantee but even problems in the first year don't get solved!

Worst of all they are so expensive!

I want a new coop to replace the faulty one. Im sick of waiting on customersservice.
