We had discussed with the surveyor possible plans for development of the property, factored into the report when doing the survey, giving a more personal service.

James showed excellent communication skills throughout our contract with him. From carefully listening to our concerns, to explaining in detail the different surveys available, to providing a heads-up by phone immediately after the survey. The survey itself was undertaken in great detail and supported with plenty of photographs to illustrate the points being made. It was also delivered promptly. Highly recommended.
