The ring was delivered promptly to my daughter and she absolutely loves it.

I haven't received my order yet but I wanted to add a gift message to my order and Louise was extremely helpful and efficient in getting that done for me. 10/10 of customer service provided by Louise. Really looking forward to receiving my order.

Got my Wife a bracelet and she loves it, had a slight problem with it, Jess sorted it out, happy to buy off them again.

Perfect shop to be dealing with. Prices are not too crazy, bought a bracelet from them, with insurance for a year, it came lose one day, and right away they asked for the bracelet to be shipped back to them, and theyre replacing it with a new one. Very easy to communicate to these guys, customer service always extremely friendly, and always write back within 5 minutes of sending them an email. Best jewellers i had pleasure to deal with.

My children bought me a pair of white gold with a diamond looped earrings for my 50th birthday, when I opened them on my birthday there was only one earring in the box and they did not look like anything in the picture. Very tiny,not worth the money. It took my daughter a lot of emails backwards and forwards and having to send pictures and send them back before she eventually got a voucher to buy something different.
I had a look and bought some different earrings, they arrived very quickly which was good, but unfortunately one of the earrings did not clip in, so I went and got it mended to myself. I could not be bothered with the emails back and forwards and all the Paul that my daughter had. Very disappointed in this company but not use again.
