I seen the product I liked my wife loved it, ordered it and the delivery was excellent from yourselves to to delivery agent and then the customer.

The items I got they were not as accurate as the description and the pictures. I was very disappointed maybe in future you could have more clear pictures and Acura description of your items

I am yet to receive my order so my experience is based on the process and I have been completely let down by the company promoting next day delivery. This simply is not the case. Apparently my order will take a total of 6 days to be delivered and I have been fed some rubbish about my order needing 2.5 days to be finally checked and polished before even being dispatched which is complete rubbish. My order was for my daughter’s 21 birthday and we have been completely let down. Then they have the cheek to offer £30 off my next order by way of compensation. Who on earth makes a second order after being let down this badly. Absolute shambles. I strongly advise anyone buying from this company to seriously consider looking elsewhere.

I bought my wife a beautiful sapphire and diamond pendant on a chain,unfortunately my wife caught the chain on a towel and snapped it.Alexandra helped us get a replacement.
