Really hard to cancel subscriptions for this company based in Lithuania.

Don't buy this. The app is so glitchy. I've contacted tech support probably 30 times in 3 months. The app doesn't advance us, and then the drills are repeating themselves. So it has only been 5 levels for the past 4 months weve been using it. Tech also doesn't answer my questions, they manually advance us and the problem persists.

The service I got from FPRO was excellent. Started bumpy with wrong item delivered. When I contacted FPRO to complain they ratified it completely sending correct item to grandchildren in Australia.

I mistakingly created a login with my Apple ID not realising that I wouldn’t be able to use the app on other devices with different Apple accounts.
A few simple emails to the tech team and all sorted 👍
And my son loves the App

This is a great product. Even better is the customer support - we had a software issue and the customer support representative responded quickly and was able to resolve the issue efficiently and with minimal hassle for me. I have so far been impressed with their product support.

Bought the app for my kids as a gift and they really enjoy it. Had some technical issues with the initial setup which were quickly resolved by the support team!

I’ve been emailing you and trying to resolve the issue that I’ve been having I purchased a bundle. It was supposed to come with the app and three users for a full year and I cannot use any of the lessons they are all locked We can do nothing with the app at this point without paying for an upgrade. Someone did send a generic email given steps on how to login but the email came in unreadable.

Great experience overall. I had an issue with my verification code, but the support team was very responsive and helpful. They fixed the problem quickly and kept me informed. Very professional service, I really recommend!

Ok so I bought this for my son and he loves it. We had login issues at first but the FPRO TEAM got it figured out and we got in. Couple days in it wouldn’t let him get to the next lesson after completing the same one over and over. I contacted them again and they figured it out within 10 minutes we were back up and running.
A week later it’s doing the same thing and not letting him proceed after completing a lesson 3+ times. It’s messing with his streak and competitiveness. And trying to get a hold of someone only through email is getting harder. If it just allowed him to train through the levels with no issues this product would be amazing but so far 2 issues in 2 weeks

The delivery of product was in acceptable timeframe, everything was clean, well packed, undamaged.
The boys started with training after Christmas, and since the product came earlier, your customer service was sending email making sure that everything is alright, it was additional care that surprised me warmly.
Log in and setting of player's accounts was easy. Boys are happy and training hard, they see small improvement, although is still short period of using it. There was onetime blockige of the app, but it was resolved quickly with the help of customer service through email. Boys are recommending the product to all footballers.

A few issues getting "connected" and a break of service in the app when logging into a second device was a bit of a troublesome start. However the issue was solved by customer service relatively quickly.

The training program itself is very good and the kids absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend this! Therefore a five star review even with the slight start-up issues.

Kids started using this program and it is one of the best I have seen offered. Easy step by step to learn and enjoy.

Bought as a Christmas present for my nephew. Had a problem accessing the app as my subscription wasn't showing as active. The support team were very helpful in solving the issue

Customer service is 5stars quick response and fix my problem

Ordered for our son for Christmas, when he opened the mat it didn't have the code for the app inside so we emailed and in less then 24hours they had replied and sent the code, which considering it was between Christmas and new year I thought may take a few days. We then noticed our mat was different to the app, again I emailed and in the same day had a reply with an apology saying the old mat had been sent and that a new one was on the way to us. The after care has been amazing and speedy and our son is loving the app.
