Customer service was fast to respond and very helpful. Purchased the mat and Level1-3 on the app years ago. My son was very young and didnt get into it at first, but years later wanted to give it another go, and of course I had lost my login info. Customer service got me sorted out quickly and transferred my subscription to a new profile and he's been loving it.

Such a game changer!!! my two sons 5 and 8 love it they do 30 minutes when they wake up and even want to do it at night!!! it teaches them small touches in at home that would be to hard to do at training, highly recommend!!!!

Still isn’t delivered after two weeks.

I truly appreciate the customer support I received from FPRO after making the mistake of logging in on their application from my phone using Apple ID. As a result of logging in this way I couldn’t logon to my daughter’s device because Apple ID masked my email address. I reached out to FPRO and they quickly responded to my concern and linked the subscription to my actual email address. Thank you for the great customer service!

App is fantastic! My son loves learning the different skills and collecting points / trophies. Tutorials are clear. I initially had a problem with getting the app to work but customer services replied within an hour on a Saturday. It was sorted out straightaway. 100% recommended.
