Great support. I got a guidence on the phone which steps need to be done to solve my problem. And after doing it like explained, I got some hours later the message that everything is solved. Great team!

I had a slight issue with registering for the app. Customer support was quick and responsive, resolving my issue even though it was well outside of normal business hours.

I gave a 5-star rating for the prompt customer service. I had an issue with the mat registration code and the customer support team was very prompt (even outside working hours) and solved the issue.
I am still testing the app and the exercises, but everything looks good, so far.
I had no issues with the delivery.

After having the mat in storage for a while we decided to get it out and start up training again. Unfortunately my account was locked and i could not access the training program. After messaging them on whatsapp within an hour they had reinstalled it for me and set it all back up! Great customer service!! Thanks!!

I am so impressed with this app and the customer service is super! My son loves it and does it every day. He doesn't want to break his streak which is a fantastic idea to keep them practising everyday!
When he accidently deleted his profile the support team where very helpful and it all got sorted very quickly over email. Great communication.

My 8 y/o has taken a liking to soccer but I really didn’t know how to help him train at home. FPRO is awesome! It breaks each skill down slowly then has short 30 second training sessions to practice increasing speed and control. Very pleasantly surprised-perfect for all, even beginners. Works great especially if you mirror it to a TV! We had an issue getting access to the drills on multiple devices but customer service was quick to help us get on the right track. Highly recommend!

I bought this mat, socks and unlimited access 2 years ago in 2023. We had a year off and back into the app and teachings. I needed the unique code again and as technology has been upgraded, the delightful staff had my access restored ASAP. Highly highly recommend FPRO Ball Mastery. Great staff and excellent practice for all levels.
