Week after we received the bundle, the ball started deflating and when we checked under water, it was deflating from the pumping hole.... I have texted the support, but no answer so far.
The mat and the program are cool.
Note: FPRO have send me a new ball very quickly! Thanks a lot!

Ich hatte nach längerer Abstinenz das Problem meinen Sohn wieder einzuloggen. Der zweite Account funktionierte auch nicht. So hab ich den Support kontaktiert und uns wurde umgehend geholfen. Und das an einem Sonntag!! Beide Accounts funktionieren wieder und wir freuen uns auf technisch anspruchsvolle Battles.

Changed iPad that Ipro app was on had issues reloading contacted what’s app help desk . All was sorted within half an hour. Very helpful . The matt and app have really helped my 9 year old touch and ball control .

My son has played football for years, he is full of passion and commitment but has always struggled with ball control. Since getting him this matt and app we have seen a massive improvement in skill and confidence.
We misplaced the code needed to verify our account and it yook only 3 quick emails to fix the problem.

Purchased the FPRO mat with 2 accounts for Xmas and wasn’t sure if I had to buy a mat per account. Messaged the number given and they were so helpful and was even given a discount code to help with the purchase. Kids love it and it’s really helping there ball control already. Would definitely recommend. Had a small issue with the verification code not working but emailed helpline and was sorted within 12 hours. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent application for ball masters training. My sons have been training on it for several months now and collecting XP points is very motivating for them as they can compare themselves with other teammates.

Support solved several times the issues when me or kids managed to break the app :), but everything was solved without any problems eventually. The mobile app itself is great and the kids just love it

The kids really enjoy the mat and app. We had some issues (all on our end) and the online support was terrific and we were up and running in no time.

The Matt is not interactive as you are lead to belive and even if u have the ball and socks they are just grip socks you can get for a pound and a normal ball. You can purchase the Matt for £8 from some places

I had an issue with logging into my account on FPRO so I had to create a new one but I had already used my code to access the videos. Thankfully, one of the members from their team was able to transfer my data from my old account to the new one with no problems! They were very efficient and extremely helpful!

FPRO have been fantastic. Before buying the app I had a few questions about it. I sent an email and was responded to quickly, and more importantly helpfully. They answered every question and really helped to ensure I was happy and understood what they had said. Having bought it, the service has been exactly the same. Thanks FPRO

Plenty of fan..super rewarding in terms of improvement..one can always train regardless weather conditions..all you have to do is be committed.
