I have used this place for the last couple of years. They've always gone out of their way to help. Today they replaced my screen in less than half an hour for a very reasonable price. I just walked in, they had a look and helped.

I found this place by doing a search when no phone charger would fit in the charging port today.

The guy in the store took a look in the port and removed a bit of broken charger. And a presto the phone charged again! I had looked and seen nothing amiss. I had also tried cleaning the port with a cocktail stick as advised by online tutorials.

He wouldn’t charge me for fixing it. I insisted on at least the cost of a drink as I was so grateful. So many things rely on the phone from two factor authentication to monitoring our cat’s diabetes. I was so relieved to have it charging again.

This guy is a star. If I ever need a repair shop this will be my first choice in the future.

Contacted website for a quote which I received. Was given address of local repair shop and contact details. I left my iphone in the morning at the Motherwell shop and received it back that afternoon, repaired. Excellent service and very good price. Staff were exceptionally pleasant. Recommend but hope not to need them again.

they tell you a price online for screen replacement and when you go to the shop its double price

iRepair Finneston took £130 CASH off me for a new battery for an Apple Air. The computer never worked properly despite returning to the shop THREE times. I finally gave up and took it to Game Repair on Clarkston Road. They opened the case to discover that the plastic casing had not been removed from any of the cells. Either these guys don't know what they are doing or they simply do not care. Seemingly overcharged for the battery as well. AVOID.

Great customer service and had my phone fixed in no time

The guys at the Arglye Street Store in Finnieston were extremely helpful and carried out the battery replacement there and then. I have had a few screens replaced there over the last couple of years as well and have always found them quick, courteous and helpful.

Took iPhone into iRepair for new battery - firstly they broke my screen while replacing the battery (they had to replace the screen) then the ‘new’ battery they fitted was dead within hours (2 days in a row after fully charging it) they agreed to put my original battery back in (which was still 80% capacity) and refunded me. In doing so they damaged my original battery so my phone kept shutting down. Had to go to Apple and get a new official Apple battery which sorted the damage iRepair had caused

There was no acknowledgment that they were at fault initially but I’m glad to say, after a few unsatisfactory emails, a manager called me and agreed that the customer service hadn’t been up to scratch and offered me a reasonable compensation

You’ll pay more at Apple but the parts are official parts and the service will be done properly with full diagnostics and warranty

Partner put laptop in to get battery check. And to give laptop quick check to see if it was running properly. They said it was to old lol it had windows 10 installed just battery needed checked. Took it through back said wouldn’t be able to get parts for it. Laptop 9 yrs old we looked up internet got brand new battery replacement. And guess what working like a dream. Get advice elsewhere before you use this outfit as they can’t be bothered looking at it. Must be a very busy establishment if you can pick and choose what you do. Thanks for a crap service Irepair maybe irepair needs a new irepair technician to have a look at customers items

left phone at batlefield shop with water damage was told 2/3 days also stated needed phone back asap for my banking and that phoned 3 days later to be told another 1/2 days staff attitude was terrible i was told i was lucky they were looking at it as apple would tell me no then to be told the boy who fixes them was actually on holiday and would be next week before it can be looked at fast forward ten days later now to be told phone cant be fixed cant comment on other shops but i or my family wont be back

My cracked iPhone screen was replaced, at a reasonable cost, within a couple of hours. Quality of repair & value for money…5 stars. Quality of friendliness & banter…priceless!

Went to the battlefield store with my iPad Pro 12.9 which had a badly damaged screen due to dropping it . I dropped it off at 16.30 in the afternoon and it was fixed and ready for collection at 13.00 the next day. Fantastic service and brilliant quality job.

Screen protector started to fall off after 2 weeks. The shop were extremely unhelpful taking no responsibility.

I went to the store in Battlefield, Glasgow today to find out what the fault with my old iPhone was. Vaz could not have been more helpful and managed to figure out what was wrong with it. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.

Managed to drop my IPhone XS Max on my gravel drive getting out of my car this afternoon at 1300, like a jam sandwich which always lands jam side down my phone landed screen side down and smashed right at the top edge.
As I live 23 miles away from Argyle Street branch I rang first to see if they could help and got told if I got there before 1600 I would get it back same day. On arrival a very professional survey resulted in a yes it was fixable and would take under an hour.
I walked along the road had coffee and a bagel and when I got back to the shop my phone was ready. Face recognition worked and screen tight and perfect, fitted with new toughened screen protector I drove home a happy bunny for £246 less than apple wanted.
I have read some negative reviews on here about this company but I’m not sure they might be totally fair. I find it hard to reconcile my experience with the experience of others.
The guys were great and I’m happy I would recommend them 100%.

I would recommend this place for their products and services.

My iPhone wouldn’t turn on due to water damage. The apple shop had dampened all my hopes by advising that it would not switch on again even though it passed diagnostic testing.
I had not backed it up to iCloud therefore was very upset as most of my business contacts and workload is on my phone.
I approached a few other phone repairers however they remained unsuccessful in getting it to switch on.
A friend recommended i-repair in Battlefield.
After explaining the problem, without any hesitation, I was assured my phone was repairable.
Huge relief..!!
Waz was very friendly and seemed skilful. He explained everything he planned to do in detail which was helpful and was quite informative.
My phone was ready before the date advised and the repairs were cost-effective.
The staff member present was very effective when collecting my phone. She advised me to check all applications were in working order and patiently waited whilst I did.

I had asked Waz to source me phone cases which arrived efficiently.

Overall, experience was great.
Truly grateful and happy with the service provided =)
