This review is for the Paisley Branch on Causeyside Street. My son had his screen replaced with a screen protector and within 2 weeks the whole screen fell off. When I returned to the shop to see if they could help to repair it under the warranty he refused. He said my son must have dropped it to cause this fault? Even although he had a protected phone case & screw protector! When I explained I have had several phones over the years and that if they have dropped I have never see the complete screen fall off and was t ur coincidental that this work had just been completed in this shop within 2 weeks!
But again he accepted no responsibility & was not willing to help in any way unless I paid full price for the repair again? I have used this shop for many years & been a long term customer. The previous man at the counter could not have been more helpful but the man who is currently there has no positive customer service qualities when it comes to complain handling … I will not use this shop again ..?sad really especially when I recommended it to everyone …, NOT ANYMORE!

This is the 3rd time i have used iRepair Battlefield and wouldn't go anywhere else. 1st class service ,friendly and knowledgeable staff ,quick efficient service and competitive prices

I have battery issue in my iPhone which is 12pro max I so I took my phone to them they said we’ll see tell u after 1 or 2 days then in 30 min they call me said ok come to see your phone I went there they already broke my screen they said screen is not working but they open my phone without my permission they put glue which smell too much I asked them they were denying I talk with guy who fix the phone he was talking tooo much wrong he was shouting and using abuse words in end they break my phone and denying they just want to make money that’s it no warranty nothing…. Horrible experience

Can’t praise the staff in here enough. Walked in off the street today and they couldn’t have been more helpful. My iPhone wasn’t charging and can’t believe how knowledgable the staff were. Back out in 5 minutes phone fixed. Happy friendly staff who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Top class service. Thank you

I received great service from the staff here. They went above and beyond to sort out multiple issues over several devices. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very positive experience. They ordered my Samsung galaxy 20 ultra camera screen for me called me as soon as it arrived and it was repaired within 2 hours. Decent capable guys who did a great job. Thanks!

I had the worst possible experience. Be careful with this store, reaally!!
I took my Macbook Pro to replace the screen and they offered me a second hand original Apple, I accepted a service and when I went to get my Mac, it was all scratched, full of damages. When I questioned the attendant, he said that its a second hand it was not perfect, but any time they did mention it in the email.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Appalling attitude of guy at the Battlefield branch as others have mentioned. Unhelpful in the extreme. Can’t believe he works in a public facing job.

Great service received 10 minutes before closing time. Replacing SIM card it had got stuck in iPhone and the issue was resolved within minutes (no charge). Highly recommend!

My iPhone had stopped charging, arriving at iRepair-Finnieston in a mild panic with 5minutes until closing time, Paul calmly fixed the problem (without payment) - very reliable & trustworthy service, highly recommended.

Emailed in advance of visiting the Finnieston branch with a non-charging iPhone. Prompt reply so we called by on Sunday morning.
Was very impressed by efficient and friendly service - they asked us to wait a while so they could chack the fault and, literally a couple of minutes later, gave us the phone back with the problem sorted. Best of all - even though we were expecting to pay, and offered to, we were told it was free as it only needed cleaning out.
Would definitely use again

Very helpful with product selection so bought 2 ipads. I read the other reviews before visiting but found them to be very good indeed

Reliable, affordable & friendly staff.
I’ve lost count on how many screens I’ve smashed on my iPhone & ipad over the years.
The guys always do a great job repairing on the same day.
I’ve now upgraded to an iPhone12 from them, so hopefully no more cracked screens.

Had a VERY similar issue to another reviewer. Had my screen replaced by them just under 6 months ago, and when the 6 month warranty was almost up I started having issues. Took it in to have it replaced at which point I was told it was in warranty, and they phoned me a few days later to tell me it was out of warranty. I told them it has been less than six months, they told me that the issues were due to a build up of dust underneath the screen, which voids the warranty, despite earlier saying they could see no reason for the fault, and then they told me my laptop was in terrible condition, despite the fact I have never even taken it out of the house. The worker I spoke to was rude and condescending, and left me feeling upset, belittled, and taken advantage of. Picked up my laptop (without having them replace the screen) and now it won’t even turn on. I’ve never had service this bad.

I asked for a price to sell my IPhone XR,
screen was cracked but other than that it is in good working order, I had looked online and retrieved an approximate price of between £100-£160 if no cracks etc. The person in store said the most they could offer me was £45 as the screen would cost £80 to fix (I’m sure it is a lot less for them to repair) and something about the battery needing replaced, even though there was no issues with phone battery. I decided to decline and went to my local phone shop in Cambuslang where the owner offered me £120 and was extremely helpful and happy for the business. I had read the previous reviews of Irepair and went there because if this, however I don’t like to be made to feel like I should be grateful to be getting £45! I’ve looked on website at pre-owned IPhone XR selling in the Irepair shop and current selling price between £350-£390 - big difference! So unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend IRepair.

After sales service at the Battlefield branch was non existent. Would not go near them again and recommend you don’t!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with iRepair in Glasgow was terrible. They repaired my broken Iphone 11 Pro Max screen, but soon after the screen was showing several issues with the brightness and touch function (freezing). They replaced it one time, which took them a couple of days, but the issues appeared again with the new screen. When I came into the store again, they claimed, it must be an issue with my phone and that they cannot do anything further. My phone was virtually new and worked perfectly fine, I used it for a couple of days with the broken screen. When I demanded a refund (it cost me 180 pounds) they only agreed under the condition to put on a random broken iphone screen on it, which is NOT working (!). My own broken screen was working, so I got a worse phone back, had to go to their shop 4 times in total and wasted a lot of my time and nerves arguing with them and have now a non-working Iphone at home which I have to bring to Apple. And the highlight is that the scratched the steel frame of my phone, which is super evident as I had a thick case before I brought it in. When I confronted them with that, they only recommended me to buy a scratch remover from ebay or amazon. Such a waste of time and money, would never go there again or recommend it to anyone, as it is very little service for a high price.

The I don’t know what experience any other customer had with Irepair but mine was great. I called them on several occasions, talk with two different people and both were courteous and informative. My problem was my generation one iPad. It wasn’t charging all the time. Then it stop charging completely. This was my heart and soul so naturally I was very distraught. From the phone without looking they quoted do different reasons and prices (my options). Finally they told me to bring it in so they can look at it to be sure. I took it in according to their instructions and a young man name Payton looked at it and determined it needed cleaning in the charging port. He fixed it in about 7 minutes and blew out the port with an air hose. After that it work ked fine. He is the most honest businessman I’ve ever met. I’m a novice and an old man so he could have lied and pull one over on me but he DIDN’T. I will always trust him no matter what. You don’t have to tell me twice. Most businesses now a Days only look out for the dollar not the customer. This business is honest, courteous, efficient, tech-savvy, and very reasonable when it come to cost. I will always use them and will definitely go back if I have anymore problems. Thanks J and Payton for being honest businessmen that means a lot to me.
