LieRepair not iRepair - Angry and aggressive employees and dodgy repairs, nothing more than con artists. iPad screen 'fixed' by them a few months ago plus protector. Today I visited to get a new screen protector. The dirt under the protector was actually the screen, yes the screen they also fitted! As they fitted both, obviously a fault in their quality/fitting of screens. There was no issues of dirt under the previous original screen . This prompted the 'owner' to talk over me and shout. I was then 'barred' from their shop for suggesting this is an issue they have created. They were adamant the dirt got in via the audio jack and points on bottom. I took it to the Apple store straight after this shocking experience where they were very professional and helpful. Apple confirmed that iRepair did a dodgy job with screen and actually left a gap for the dust to get under - NO iRepair it isn't possible the dust came from the the audio points, again your lies confirmed by Apple. Thankfully Apple were troopers today and have sorted the issue. Proof that you should not trust a second rate shop. iRepair, more like LieRepair, poor attitude, poor service and Con Artist mentality! AVOID this shop.

Despite implying that they buy your old device and provide cash the same day certainly do not trust that statement. After being given a price and told to bring the phone to the argyle street branch, upon arrival was told that there was not enough cash in the till. Was then sent to the Motherwell branch only to be told the same thing. Promised a call the next day but unsurprisingly did not receive one. Waste of time and a journey across the city. Dont bother with this lot folks. They're full of s**t.

Brought iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement and was offered 6 month warranty as they could find 'no evidence' of the phone being previously repaired or any water damage (because it hasn't, and there isn't)

2 days later the battery acts up again and in the process of "fixing" it they completely break the phone and suddenly claim it had 'obviously' been repaired before. Tried to send me out of the store with a completely non-functional phone (which had been functional when handed over, just needed a lot of charging)

Eventually agreed to send it away for repair and after 9 days phone is even MORE broken and suddenly it has 'water damage'

You will recall in the initial repair they themselves said there was no water damage or previous work.

Iphone was playing up with proximity sensor fault/issue. Took the phone to Ayr branch and the staff were very helpful. First tried to replace the sensor and when that did not fix the fault they tried to replace the screen to see if this was the issue. Unfortunately this also did not remedy the issue therefore, as the phone was old, I decided to just cancel the repair and buy a new phone. Offered to pay towards their time in fault finding but they would not take payment. Staff courteous, helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

As weird it may seem you can actually leave this shop with a new problem in your device...

Blackberry Bold handset had a faulty trackball so we took it along to iRepair and arranged for them to switch the trackball using a spare handset we also provided. After two months and despite handing in a further [brand new] trackball, the handset was returned inoperable and without life. iRepair claimed there had been signs of water damage [we notice several other reviewers say they've used that excuse], but we stressed the handset had been functional - albeit not navigable - when handed in. Unwillingly, we accepted the handset may not survive, but emphasised our primary concern was to retrieve the underlying data stored. All to no avail. iRepair handed back a completely dead handset with all data lost. It's difficult to write anything positive about a repairer who proved so incapable of completing what should have been a straightforward task or researched the necessary work before attempting anything. Our summary: if you take your car to a garage and ask them to change a wheel, you don't expect them to hand it back with a faulty engine!

Excellent service! iPad screen replacement done within a couple of hours! Very pleased, would recommend.

Smashed my iPhone 6 screen popped into the Battlefield branch handed it in went for a cup of coffee came back and it was ready like new!
