The first ring i ordered was too big. It was my fault as my wife has arthritis and it needed to be an X to get over her kknuckle.They changed it for a smaller ring without any argument and this fitted perfectly on a different finger. I was very happy with their service.

I ordered two items of jewellery that, when received, just
did not equate to the jewellery that I hoped that I was buying which was based on the photographs that were on Diamond stores’ website.

I informed the company that the products did not match the photographs which had persuaded me to order the items.

The positive internet response and the help received from Victoria, a member of the Diamond Stores’ staff was absolutely first class and helped me to try again and to order two more products which I believe will match my expectations.

Fabulous earrings… when they finally arrived. The website lead me to believe they were in stock with a next day delivery - but after placing the order I was informed by email there was a 4-6 week wait for manufacture & then delivery! They arrived in 4 weeks.

After requesting a resize for a ring I purchased, I experienced possibly the best customer service I have ever or will ever experience. I’m not joking when I say that Victoria (Customer Service Department - Senior Advisor) replied to my email request ONE minute after I sent it - on a Sunday!!! All round amazing company and I love the ring too, just needed it a size smaller as I didn’t have a ring sizer to check this beforehand!

I made an error and had selected the wrong postcode for my delivery. I contacted the diamond store immediately via email and WhatsApp and they confirmed address had been amended. This wasn’t updated by DPD who attempted to deliver to wrong address . The first I knew was when I received the you were not at home message. I contacted again and was advised that address had been changed and delivery would be attempted again . This didn’t happen the next day so I messaged again and received parcel on Friday 20/3. What confused things was there were 3 tracking numbers on the DPD app, one is still in there today?

Great service from the store, shame about the DPD delivery service.

The customer service was excellent. I liaised with several people who were very knowledgeable and professional. Moreover ,the speed of getting a reply is what sold it for me. The item arrived packaged well and on time and everything was on point

Really impressed with the ruby ear rings I purchased. The packaging was a nice surprise which, also included a valuation certificate. I have no hesitation in recommending the Diamond Store.
