Fake Job Offers - Scam
I am absolutely outraged by my experience with this platform. I joined with the expectation of securing courier jobs, but after applying for over 100 jobs and receiving absolutely NO offers, it’s crystal clear this platform is a scam.
They charged me over £90, promising access to job opportunities, yet I’ve gotten nothing in return. Not one offer! I reached out multiple times, hoping to get some support or at least a refund, but they flat-out refused.
This company has stolen my money and wasted my time, offering no transparency or help. I’ve had enough. I’ve already taken legal action against them.
Do NOT waste your time or money on this platform. They will take your money and leave you hanging with zero results.
I also would like to add
I want to warn everyone about the hidden fees this company imposes. If you cancel your membership, they charge an extra £12, regardless of whether you found a job through them or not. Their priority seems to be squeezing as much money as possible from customers, rather than actually helping them.

Hi Abdiaziz, I am sorry that you are disappointed with the membership, however this review is not accurate. I have checked out internal logs and I can see that you have applied for 12 jobs in total, not 100. Most of them, you were asking for more than the standard pay, which is the reason you were not successful. When you got in touch with us to discuss, you also told us that you are only available for jobs at the weekends, we advised you that the vast majority of the available work is on weekdays, but we reduced your membership fee accordingly and partially refunded your joining fee as a good will gesture. I think we have done all we reasonably can to help and I do believe you would secure a few jobs each month, if you were willing to accept the standard pay offered and were sometimes available to do work during the week. Best Regards - Andy - Courier Expert.Update: regarding your ammended review, the £12 you were charged was for the monthly membership fee, due 30 days after joining and then every month, it's not hidden, this is the normal monthly fee. Once you cancel then there are no further monthly fees except your final one, as we bill one month in arrears. There is no scam - please see my feedback above as to why you haven't yet taken a job

Very few jobs
Well, after registration with premium i booked for my first job on 6th January. So its more or less after two weeks. But i was expecting more job as its delivery members pays premium. So, honestly my experience with courier experts is not good. if the experience gets better definitely i would update my review.

Hi and thanks for the review. Business generally goes very quiet just before Xmas and returns to normal in the new year, in the case of this year, from Monday 6th January, it's a normal pattern every year. I'm sure you'll see for yourself increased levels of activity from the 6th onwards 🙂

Not enough jobs to go to the ever growing list of drivers. In 3 months I’ve put in for 142 jobs and only got 9. I wouldn’t bother

Hi Dan, without specifically looking up your account we are not sure what the 9 jobs were worth to you, but we estimate somewhere around £800 to £1,000. Your monthly membership fees during that period would have been £5 per month, so a total of £15. We think that's a good return on investment. I would suggest however, that you apply only for jobs you are likely to get, such as those closest to you and those that are marked as paid by the customer, this should hopefully cut out some wasted time applying for so many jobs and increase your conversion rate.
