Dear Nick Carter, we appreciate your feedback and want to address your concerns about the pay. It seems there may be a misunderstanding. The app's displayed amount is your net 60% share, with the 40% Courier Expert fee already deducted. There is no need to deduct a further 40%. We aim for complete transparency and would like to explain the cost breakdown and how other long term drivers, who have done hundreds of jobs, make Courier work profitable. As you mentioned, jobs are allocated at the standard rate at this time of the year due to a higher number of drivers seeking work. This situation usually improves around March/April each year. You are welcome to bid a higher amount, as you have done, but please note that most jobs are currently being accepted by drivers at the standard rate. To increase your chances of getting allocated jobs, you might consider accepting the same rate as other drivers.

We display available work and a pay calculator on our website, providing transparency about potential earnings before joining. While we don't offer a free trial, all the necessary information is available for your consideration.

Regarding your refund request, we will respect any decision made through the PayPal case you initiated.
