Having tri to contact AXA regarding possible fraud it's impossible to obtain a speedy response, I don't know what's happening regarding motor insurance renewal payment.

Do not buy insurance through this company!!!!
We had an accident in our motor home back in January. We were told it was a right off and thought this would be settled quickly so we could get a similar one before the prices shoot up Eastertime. Well my son has broken up and now we can’t go anywhere. It say’s clearly settlements 3-5 days it’s now been 2 months and between them and co part No one and I mean No one has a clue when it’s going to be settled. Bloody awful!!!!!!

Avoid AXA: Negligent, Defamatory, and Biased Service
I had a terrible experience with AXA after an accident where I was the victim. Despite providing full dashcam footage and third-party details, AXA ignored my evidence and sided with the at-fault driver. Without my knowledge, they recorded the accident as my fault in their database, which I only discovered a year later through a new insurer.
It took weeks of back-and-forth and a three-way conference call where I had to threaten legal action for defamation before they finally corrected their records. Their refusal to look at clear evidence and their lack of transparency was appalling. I strongly believe their decision-making was fueled by bias and a complete lack of professional integrity. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
This incident happened on 05/04/24 and was stated as my fault on their database, and another on 21/07/24 was stated as my fault. They brought their accident repair mechanic to fix my car. only for the mechanic to paint the car and bring it back after 7 days without fixing the car. I made another complaint, and the mechanic came back to pick the car up again to fix it.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY.

Terrible service for Home Emergency cover. Our boiler has been out of order for 4 days due to a leak and they are unable to take any action because "the plumber is not answering his phone". They won't even let me use my own plumber because if I do so "I'm unlikely to be reimbursed". Also they do not have Home Emergency cover on weekends! Their Home Emergency team only work Monday to Friday so now that it's Saturday they refuse to even talk to me about the issue as their "weekend team" can only take messages. They have spent 4 DAYS trying to call their plumber (The Heating Guys, Hampshire) and still refuse to allocate a different plumber.
